When you work with non-U.S. citizens and organizations, you need to comply with United States Office of Foreign Assets Control or OFAC. In addition to ImpactGraph, our customers and their fiscally sponsored projects, all U.S. persons must comply with OFAC’s regulations, including all U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens regardless of where they are located, all persons and entities within the United States, all U.S. incorporated entities and their foreign branches.
Due to the additional compliance scrutiny, we've blocked the ability to create these transactions from our customers' accounts. If this doesn't work for you, please contact us!
