Donations made through this page:

  • Are processed by your fiscal sponsor

  • Flow directly into your ImpactGraph account

  • Show up in your transaction table with donor details attached

Accessing your custom donation page

  1. Log in to ImpactGraph.

  2. In the left-hand navigation, go to Settings.

  3. Click Donation page.

Customizing your donation page

On the Custom donation page screen, you can edit:

  • Logo

    • Upload your organization’s logo so donors recognize you immediately.

  • Organization details

    • Name

    • Address

    • Website

    • Any key info you want donors to see (e.g., mission tagline or short description).

  • Page color / branding

    • Choose a page color that matches your brand or campaign look.

    • This will be used to style the left-hand panel donors see when they land on the page.

As you update these fields, you can use the share link to see how your page will look to donors.

Getting and sharing your donation link

At the top right, you’ll see a share link.

  • Copy the URL and/or use the share buttons to post your donation page:

    • On your website

    • In email campaigns

    • On social media

    • On event flyers or QR codes

Anyone with the link can make a contribution that will route back to your ImpactGraph wallet (via your fiscal sponsor).

What donors see on the page

When donors open your custom donation page, they’ll see:

  • On the left-hand side:

    • Your logo

    • Your organization name and address

    • Your website

    • Any descriptive text you’ve added

  • On the right-hand side:

    • A payment panel where they can:

      • Select or enter a donation amount

      • Choose to cover fees (if available)

      • Enter their contact and payment information

After submitting their donation, the contribution is processed and will be recorded in ImpactGraph.

How donations appear in ImpactGraph

Donations made through your custom page will show up as a transaction. You’ll be able to:

  • View who gave (donor details), based on the information they provided

  • Code it to the appropriate:

    • Ledger account (e.g., individual contributions)

    • Funding source (if tied to a particular campaign or program)

If a donation is above a certain amount, ImpactGraph will also track acknowledgment letters automatically, so you can confirm which donors need receipts and which have already been handled.

Exact thresholds and acknowledgement workflows may be configured by your fiscal sponsor.

Connecting donations to campaigns or funding sources

If you’d like to tie donations from this page to a specific campaign or bucket, work with your sponsor to set up the appropriate funding source or donation bucket.

FAQ

Q: Can I change my donation page branding after I’ve started using it?
A: Yes. You can update your logo, text, and page color at any time under Settings → Donation page. Changes will apply to new visitors as soon as you save them.

Q: Where do I see donations that come through this page?
A: All donations appear in your transaction table, alongside other inflows. You’ll see the donor’s information and can code the transactions to the correct ledger accounts and funding sources like any other income.

Q: Can donors choose to cover processing fees?
A: Yes, donors will typically see an option on the payment panel to cover fees. When they select this, the total charge increases slightly so your net donation remains closer to the intended amount.

Q: What are the fees?

A: We pass along our payment processor rates from Stripe. Typically, they are 2.9%+ 30 cents per transaction. You can see specific fees paid on a donation by clicking into the transaction detail.

Q: Can I use different donation pages for different campaigns or projects?
A: We only offer one donation page per organization or fiscally sponsored project today. If you need more, email us at [email protected]!
